A variety of jams, jellies, marmalades, chutneys and fruit vinegars, all hand made in Shropshire using the open pan method.

All products are made in small batches with a high fruit content.

I strive to use seasonal, local and foraged produce. A lot of the fruit comes from my garden and I am also planting fruit trees to create an orchard,planting Shropshire prune damson trees, this is a long term project but I hope to get fruit in the next couple of years.
